. The development of the acoustic guitar has historically been based on an expanding exchange of technology and materials. This growth process later incorporated electric amplification of the instrument. Its current level of sophistication evolved through the combined inputs of legendary performers and world renowned manufacturers. One day, a small group of seasoned guitarists realized that they additionally possessed mechanical and scientific skills which could be combined to create a different instrument. It would be hand crafted by the finest luthier. It would be designed by both computer and common sense and tempered in the heat of on-stage performances. Scrutinized by various performing artists and fine-tuned within the limits of current practical technology, it would offer yet another avenue by which creative artists could demonstrate their work to an appreciative audience. The decision was made to go forward. A.C.E. Guitars™ A.C.E. Guitars™ are unique. They are a hybrid of modern technology and handcrafted workmanship. The wood is carefully selected from stock that has been stored under controlled conditions. Each wooden component is meticulously handmade. Jigs and fixtures are only used to provide an extra hand to the luthier during construction. Final assembly is scheduled when the sub-assemblies are finished, cured and stabilized. This minimizes dimensional changes after final construction. Total Tonal Control™ is achieved through the use of patented* body design features. After considerable research, it became apparent that only certain types of on-board electronics would be compatible with A.C.E. Guitars™. We are extremely fortunate to be able to achieve the finest match of preamplifier and transducer pickup for our instrument. A.C.E. Guitars™ are one of the most exciting recent innovations to the musical instrument industry. After years of research, development and testing, this series of Acoustic Classic Electric guitars has become a reality. We are anxious to observe the performance of A.C.E.
